Vacation Rental/Hospitality Operations Specialist — Telluride
Give your hospitality and customer service specialties a new home in Telluride at InvitedHome.
As a Hospitality and Operations Specialist, you oversee the full operational, guest-service, and asset-protection functions of high-end rental properties—ensuring each residence meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and luxury service.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange pre-arrival and post-departure inspections to meet standards and guest expectations.
- Share MOD (manager on duty) coverage and support guest requests during stays.
- Ensure homes are guest-ready and up to InvitedHome standards.
- Troubleshoot issues in homes and assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Provide clear AV/system instructions for guests and homeowners.
- Implement procedures based on seasonal needs with direction from the General Manager.
- Meet guests in the field on arrival days as needed (typically 10 am–8 pm for select homes).
- Monitor daily communications and track weekly tasks and projects (house checks, spa services, housekeeping, repairs, equipment replacement, maintenance, etc.).
- Perform weekly inspections for homes in the InvitedHome HomeCare Program.
Required experience and skills
- Must be local to Telluride.
- Minimum 1 year in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new apps.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable 4x4 transportation.
- Effective time management and deadline discipline.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
Recommended experience and skills
- Basic maintenance skills.
- Strong local knowledge of Telluride and surrounding areas.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
Physical abilities
- Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below waist.
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
- Walk for long periods; shovel snow as needed.

Property Manager — Vail
Give your hospitality and property care specialties a new home in Vail at InvitedHome.
The Property Manager ensures company standards and policies are carried out throughout daily operations, with a focus on inspecting homes before arrivals and after departures. This role also leads fall/spring home projects between peak seasons and supports day-to-day operations during manager days off.
Key responsibilities

- Oversee housekeeping to ensure homes are guest-ready.
- Ensure all homes meet InvitedHome standards.
- Troubleshoot problems that arise in homes.
- Assist with maintenance, housekeeping management, and vendor relationships.
- Work with vendors to schedule and supervise subcontracted work.
- Provide AV/system instruction and maintenance guidance for guests and homeowners.
- Implement seasonal procedures per General Manager direction.
- Meet guests in the field on arrival days as needed (typically 10 am–8 pm for select homes).

- 2–3 years in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
- Computer proficiency; able to learn new apps.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable 4x4 transportation.
- Time management and deadline discipline.
- Ability to use hand and basic power tools.
